My House Water (“we,” “us”) operates myhousewater.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you request a water report, we collect your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, the water utility you select, whether you own or rent, and your water concern. We also record the date and time you agreed to be contacted, the wording you agreed to, your IP address, browser type, the page you were on, and advertising campaign details (such as UTM codes) that brought you to our site.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver your water report, contact you about water quality, water testing, and home water treatment, keep records of your consent, measure our advertising, and improve our service.
Calls, texts, and email
If you agree, we may contact you by phone, text message, and email, including calls and texts that use automated technology and prerecorded or AI-generated voices. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, ask us to stop calling at any time during a call, and unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email. Message and data rates may apply.
Sharing
We use service providers (such as website hosting, email delivery, and customer relationship management software) to operate our business. They may process your information only on our behalf. We do not sell your mobile phone number or text messaging consent to third parties.
Water data
Water reports use public records from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. My House Water is an independent service and is not affiliated with any water utility or government agency.
